PRIMO MAGGIO DEI CASTELLI 2019 (First May of Roman Castles).

Primo Maggio dei Castelli return and this year, it takes place from the evening of April 30th to that of May 1st, and reaches its eighth edition.

This is, thanks to the participation of Radio Rock, the musical event par excellence, with the well-known "Rock On Parade", the musical contest dedicated to the young Italian musical realities, organized by L'Urlo - Libera Associazione di Liberi Musicisti with the collaboration of the historic roman radio.

The event takes place at the facilities adjacent to the PalaBandinelli Sports Hall in Velletri.

In order to welcome you on the surrounding lawn, you will find the stage, craft beer and many food stands where the traditional artichoke will be the top dish among the other local products.

TERRA E MUSICA 2019 (Earth and Music).

It is 0-km-genuine food which lord it in the Terra e Musica event, the event that is held throughout the day on 01 May in the historic Rock theater of the Hippodrome of Capannelle. An event that put togheter emerging and independent music (thanks to Movimento Musica " Tour di Concerti per Musicisti Emergenti), street food with over 80 local farms that will prepare quality food (fresh mozzarella, artichokes, lasagna, vegan and vegetarian dishes , fava beans and pecorino and obviously lots of craft beer).

An all-round event with social goals made thanks to the partecipation of many institutions and associations (from Greenpace to Emergency, to Doctors Without Borders etc.). Finally, great attention to children, with many workshops and activities such as the Baptism of the Saddle.

MAY DAY/ INTERNATIONAL WORKERS'DAY is the festival celebrated all over the world to remember the conquest of the reduction in working hours.

The festival is celebrated in May to commemorate the dramatic battles of US workers held towards the end of the nineteenth century that led to numerous deaths among civilians and police forces.

In Europe the party arrives in 1889 and is ratified in Italy just two years later.
