On request, for a night of your stay, the hotel will be able to organize for you the ‘Itinerant Dinner in the Four Ancient Osterie’. The ‘Itinerant Dinner’ consists in a dinner of 1 night in 4 different osterie of Frascati, which one of them will serve different things.
- the first osteria will serve 'spaghetti cacio e pepe' or 'bucatini all'amatriciana', with a good glass of wine;
- the second osteria will serve 'porchetta' (pork roast), and other kinds of cold cuts, wood fired bread, with a genuine glass of wine.
- the third osteria will serve traditional cheese from our territory;
- the last one will serve typical sweets of Frascati: the traditional doughnuts with wine, the famous doll with honey, etc. with the exclusive, and original, 'cannellino' wine.

The cost of the 'Itinerant Dinner' is Euro 25.00 per person
